Strategic Processes: Successfully led a public offering on the stock exchange, initiated and implemented growth strategies that included acquiring advanced production lines, and developed comprehensive work plans and budgets.
Efficiency & Management: Directed significant efficiency measures that reduced operational costs and boosted profitability, while managing cross-organizational interfaces both in Israel and abroad.
Industry Expertise: Brings extensive experience in managing production, industrial operations, development, and recycling within public and private companies, overseeing annual turnovers of up to 1 billion NIS. Possesses in-depth knowledge of both local and international market challenges and opportunities.
Senior Financial Management: Expert in complex financial management, including IFRS-compliant financial statements, cash flow management, budget control, and leading large-scale finance operations.
In his previous roles, Shuki served as CFO at leading companies including K.M.M Recycling Industries Ltd., Avarot Industries, and Ordan Industries. He began his career at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, where he completed his professional training in accounting.
