Ofer Laufer leads Extal Aluminium with a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proven track record of driving growth. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles – including CEO, COO, and General Manager – across technology and industrial companies in Israel and international markets. His expertise spans business expansion, scaling manufacturing capacity, and improving performance across cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.

In his previous roles, Ofer served as CEO of Orbotica, COO at Mobilicom, CEO of Blue I Water Technologies, and General Manager at Robomow (Friendly Robotics), where he delivered substantial growth in sales and production alongside expansion of R&D activity and successful post-acquisition integration initiatives.
