Situated in the northern tower line of Tel Aviv, this distinctive office tower ascends to 36 floors and forms an integral part of a mixed-use commercial and residential complex. The tower is distinguished by its structural curtain walls, which are adorned with shading profiles of varying depths. These profiles create a dynamic façade that changes appearance throughout the day, influenced by the angle of sunlight interacting with the shading fins. The horticultural shading spans depths from 2.5 cm to 35 cm, adding to the building’s aesthetic and functional appeal. The project’s engineering was subject to rigorous testing in a specialized laboratory to ensure resilience under varying loads.
