Within the site of the former wholesale market, plans are underway for a residential and commercial complex featuring two out of four envisioned towers. Each tower will house 385 residential units. The complex will also include a shopping mall, a sports center, a school, and a cultural museum. Designed with a distinctive clover leaf shape, the towers present a complex engineering challenge for the integration and installation of systems and aluminum façades.
