27 kg/m weight.
Die Shop: over the 25 years, Extal has gained vast
experience and know-how in the field of die making.
Fabrication: Cutting, Punching, Bending and Milling

Assemblies: Welding, Riveting, Mechanical Joining and
Chemical Pasting. Assemblies can be done for large
variety of materials, such as: Plastics, EPDM, etc.

Extal’s two presses work around the clock producing top
quality profiles. Over 30 years experience enable us with
optimal premium product production.
Our 1.800 ton and 4.000 ton press gives us flexibility to
produce a wide range of high quality aluminum profiles
with a total of 12.800 tons/year.
1.800 Ton press output: 0.9 Ton/Hour and dealing with
profiles width up to 225 X 30 mm
4.000 Ton press output: 1.8 Ton/Hour and dealing with
profiles width up to 330 X 50 mm

In house dye shop enables us to be fast and flexible during the first stage of the process. It enable us to be more quicker in supplying parts and especially samples.
Our in-house tooling production with over 10.000 tools
lets us create sophisticated custom jigs and punching tools to meet any project requirement.
Ability to grind, cut, erode and/or any other operation to finalize the dye in order to withstand the high pressure as described before.
Extal’s paint plant uses most efficient means while providing fast and efficient service for all types of painting.
It is environmentally friendly (TCIG free) and does not use toxic substances.
